Harris Natural Meat & Fiber is building a moderately sized, family operated, all-natural,
diversified, livestock farm with a focus on the humane treatment of our animals. If we ever get
enough land, we would then like to grow all of our own feed and produce all of our own energy
needs. We hope to one day be able to offer our non-pork meat certified kosher or halal.
Current Operations are in Green; Coming expansions remain in black.
PIGS -- Owned since 2005.
POULTRY -- Owned since 2006.
CATTLE -- Owned since 2006.
SHEEP -- In 2007 or 2008, We will be adding Finnsheep to our farm.
GOATS -- In 2007 or 2008, We will be adding Cashmere Goats to our farm.

PIGS -- Owned since 2005.
- We have Hereford, Spotted, Duroc & HampX pigs.
- We are looking to possibly add Berkshire and/or Chester Whites.
- We sell
- Breeding stock, project pigs and feeder pigs
- All-natural, humanely raised pork by the half, variety box or individual cuts.
- Un-rendered pork fat for cooking
POULTRY -- Owned since 2006.
- We have Ameraucana, Buff Orpington, Barred & White Plymouth Rock, Black Jersey
Giants and Cornish X Chickens; and Broad Breasted Turkeys. - Starting 2007 we will also have:
- Brown & naturally-colored eggs
- Heritage Turkey (Bourbon Red & Royal Palm)
- We Sell:
- All-natural, humanely raised chicken and turkey by the whole or cut-up.
- Feathers:
- Barred Plymouth Rock Hackle Feathers for fish-fly lures
CATTLE -- Owned since 2006.
- We have (2) 2006 Black Angus X Bulls.
- Soon we will be adding 1 or 2 milk cows. Eventually we want purebred Milking Devons.
- We will sell:
- All Natural & Humanely raised Veal & Beef (yes, you CAN humanely raise veal!)
- Cheese, Butter & POSSIBLY Real (raw) Milk,
- Calf-skin and leather
SHEEP -- In 2007 or 2008, We will be adding Finnsheep to our farm.
- We will sell:
- All Natural & Humanely raised lamb & mutton
- Wool yarn, in whites and natural colors; Lamb skins and leather
- Soft-wool baby blankets; Custom made 100% wool pet beds
- Tallow Soap & Candles
GOATS -- In 2007 or 2008, We will be adding Cashmere Goats to our farm.
- We will sell:
- All Natural & Humanely raised cabrito & chevon
- Cashmere yarn, in whites and natural colors; Cashmere hides and leather
- Tallow Soap & Candles
